About Dr. Thirumala
Dr. Geetha Thirumala, “Dr. G,” as she is commonly called, is a board-certified pediatric dentist. She pursued her dream of being a dentist at Boston University Dental School. She graduated from Dental school in 2004 and went on to receive further training at Montefiore Hospital in a one-year general practice residency.
It was at Montefiore that Dr. G realized that she had a passion for working with children. She subsequently completed a pediatric dental residency in 2007 at Jacobi Hospital in the Bronx. As a mother of three delightful daughters, she possesses a unique understanding of children, which is seen in her practice of pediatric dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. G enjoys spending time with her family, taking walks with Rocket (her dog) and traveling.
